What we offer:
We will develop a program to suit the needs of the students from series of weekly classes to workshops as part of a wellness day. Classes can be taught at any time of day, including over a lunch hour, before or after work. Accommodation of groups any size (depending on your space capacity). Classes are taught in a nurturing environment where everyone is able to achieve their own personal level of success.
